We cater everything from a continental breakfast to an elegant black tie event. Choose from the catagories below to find a few of the menu's that we have for that type of event. The menus you will see are the most favorites, however, we always encourage our clients to customize the menus to their preferance so use these menus as your starting point.

Service Types

We offer several different service types. From basic and informal to formal black tie dinner parties, we have the service type to fit into your budget and catering needs

Basic Service
Hot and cold foods are prepared and delivered to the party site

Basic Plus Service
Hot and cold foods are prepared and delivered to the party site. Setup of the foods is included along with the use of our chafing dishes, serving utensils, baskets, platters and disposable dinnerware. Arrangements for pickup of the equipment will be made for the following day.

Full Service
All of the above plus a full service staff is included to provide set up, serve and clean up.

Private Chef Service
For the ultimate party. Food is prepared on the party site by one of our International Chefs for the finest quality and freshness. Served buffet style or plated by our professional servers. A sure way to impress.
