Here are a few photos
from a Benefit for La Danserie that we catered
on a beautiful afternoon in September, 2003.
The guests arrived and were treated to wonderful menu
of hors 'Douevrs. Served were Tenderloin Brochettes with
Shitake Mushrooms, Salmon Patties with cream dill sauce,
Spinach and Goat Cheese Medallions, Hawaiian Chicken Skewers,
a delightful variety of French breads, cheeses and meats
and wine.
A temporary stage was set up in the back yard for the
dancers and it was a real treat to watch these talented
young people during their performance. |
