The folks at MTV decided to have a Christmas party and we were invited to cater their event. It was held in the private home of one of the executives and they all had alot of fun.

Parties like this are one of our favorites. We come in with our professional and fun staff and prepare the foods right there so the quality is the highest and freshest. On the menu this evening began with our wonderful appetizers of Spinach & Goat Cheese Medallions and Mini Salmon Patties with capers. The main course followed with Filet Mignon served with Marsala Pepper Sauce, Chicken Breasts marinated with our wonderful Teriyaki-Garlic Sauce, Grilled Asparagus Spears with seasoned baby carrots, Rosemary Red Potatoes baked with our imported Tuscan olive oil and fresh rosemary and of course assorted gourmet dinner rolls. Finishing the evening was a selection of Chocolate Desserts.

Needless to say, the guests all had a wonderful time watching our Chef preparing the dinner and our enthusiastic servers made everyone feel very spoiled and pampered !
