All ovens and microwaves vary so make sure you watch the progress in the last few minutes of cooking !
All products should be cooked from frozen unless stated otherwise.

Gourmet Ravioli Trio
~ Classic Cheese
~ Italian Herb & Mozzarella
~ Sun-Dried Tomatoes &    Mozzarella
Add frozen Ravioli Trio to 2 quarts very gently boiling water. The Ravioli are stuffed, so make sure the boil is gentle so they don't leak. If water boil is too strong, pour in a little cold water to return it to a gentle boil. Boil for about 9-11 minutes. Drain and lightly toss with olive oil or canola oil (helps them to keep sticking to each other)
Quattro Formaggi Ravioli With Basil Marinara Sauce Add frozen Ravioli to 3 quarts very gently boiling water. Add sauce pouch. After 1-1/2 minutes, remove Ravioli from the bag and add to the water. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Total cooking time is 4 1/2 minutes. Remove sauce pouch and strain ravioli. Serve the sauce over the Ravioli
Garlic & Herb Spiral Pasta with Flame Roasted Veggies Stove Top - Heat 1 T oil in skillet. Add Pasta mix and cover. Cook on Medium for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently adding 2 T water halfway through.
Microwave - Place in microwave-safe dish. Add 2 T water, cover and cook for 35 seconds
Stuffed Shells with 3 Cheeses & Basil Marinara Sauce

Oven - (recommended method)
Thaw sauce packet in warm water. Preheat to 400 degrees. Place frozen shells in a shallow baking pan, cover with the sauce, cover loosely with foil and bake for 10-15. Add the meatballs to the Stuffed Shells spooning meatballs with a little sauce. Bake another 20-25 minutes or until filling is hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.


Microwave -
Thaw sauce packet in hot water. Place frozen shells in microwave-safe shallow dish and cover with sauce. Cover dish and heat for 1 1/2 minutes per shell. Rotate dish and heat an additional 1 minute. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

 
Portobello Mushroom Ravioli Boiling - Remove Everyday Gourmet's Portobello Mushroom Ravioli from the package (each package contains 16oz pasta) and place in 3 quarts boiling water. Cook uncovered at a gentle boil for 3 1/2 minutes, carefully stirring occasionally. Drain carefully and serve with our famous Everyday Gourmet Herb Marinara Sauce.
Oven - Thaw Herb Marinara Sauce (or your favorite sauce) in warm water for several minutes. Remove Everyday Gourmet Portobello Mushroom Ravioli from bag and place in an 8x11
 
Gourmet Imported Italian Pasta

Bring 4 quarts water to a boil in Medium saucepan. Add 1 Pkg (8oz) Everyday Gourmet Imported Italian Pasta. Boil gently for about 12-15 minutes or until al dente (done, but firm). Drain, place in pasta bowl and add your favorite sauce.
