Cooking Instructions ~ Vegetables

All ovens and microwaves vary so make sure you watch the progress in the last few minutes of cooking !
All products should be cooked from frozen unless stated otherwise.

It is always best to undercook Veggies when in doubt

California Blend
7 Veggie Blend

Melt 1/2 T butter in a skillet. Add veggies and stir fry for 3- 4 minutes until hot, but crisp.

 

 
Broccoli and Cauliflower Florettes Melt 1/2 T butter in a skillet. Add veggies and stir fry for 3- 4 minutes until hot, yet crisp or Place unopened bag in boiling water for about 4 minutes until hot.

 

 
Flame Roasted Peppers & Onions Heat 2 T olive oil or canola oil in skillet. Add frozen peppers and onions, stir as needed for even heating about 4-6 minutes. For a richer flavor, substitute butter for oil

 

 
Florentine Mixed

Add to boiling water. Return to boil, reduce heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.

 

 
Whole Corn on the Cob

Remove from bag and remove the husk. Bring water in a large sauce pan to a rapid boil. Place corn in boiling water and boil for approx 10 minutes
